Good job purging and wow! you do get a lot of shoes into that shoe rack! Would you consider the 'new item in - old item out theory? Like new white mule style heels in - old pair white mules out?
Would you find it helpful to put all biege jackets in a group, all red jackets in a group etc? DH is our 'clothes horse' and hangs stuff from lightest to darkest color. All the stuff gets worn because it goes to the end of it's specific category each time.
