$20K Update - We reached $18K

We reached $18K!! We have to pay a $2,500 home insurance bill for 2 of our houses in 2 weeks, so it will be short lived, but still pretty proud of getting this high and at Christmas time too! Will keep chucking our little deposits in there to try to keep on the high side of things!

    I am wondering about the house insurance. Is there any benefit to you in paying the bill annually? Have you checked?

    I'm in Europe and we can pay once a year or twice a year or monthly. I realize it may not be the same for you, but if you do have that option, it's obviously easier to come up with 1250 twice a year than 2500 once a year.

    james.hendrickson - At this time we are saving up for some major medical bills in 2018, so not looking for any investments right now. Smile

    james.henderickson - We both work full time, plus I work a lot of OT, and sell on FB. My hubby also coaches basketball, and we have two rental properties, and we are also property managers for a rental property for my parents.....we have a lot of hussle going on here! Smile
