Laughlin trip went great!! Weather was beautiful, in the 90s+ everyday. So nice to soak up some sunshine. We didn't come home ahead this trip, but we had a lot of fun with friends, and we were quite a bit ahead for the year already from other mini trips, so didn't have to take any out of savings for the whole trip!

I have another minor surgery in two weeks so we will be out of town then, but other then that trying to spend more time at home getting spring cleaning and yard work done.

We want to pay off the Mom Loan and we have enough in savings to pay it all off right now, but we are going to wait just a little bit longer to buff up savings even more. We are going to be building a patio and adding egress windows on one of our rentals, and buying a new fridge for the other rental, plus we have emptied our HSA for medical bills so are now paying them OOP. So we want to make sure we have enough to payoff the Mom Loan and still have $10K left in savings for any emergencies or rental expenses that come up. Hopefully just a few more months and we will be there.
