$692.61 paid off in the last 2 weeks!!!

We got the 4th apt filled for my parents rental that we property manage! So all of our rentals will be full as of 7/1 and all of my parents rentals are full! What a relief!

I have been making it a priority to get through my backlog deals that I needed to mark and/or post for sale. Today is day 4 of being really focused on it and I have sold 44 items, and marked/posted 136 items in just 4 days!! So now they are ready for my store to sell and ready to put out for a rummage sale. I am so happy with how it's going and that extra money really helps with all the rental and medical bills we have coming due in a few weeks.

Savings is going good and is still over $20K! We will start paying the big bills soon for medical and rental so won't be over $20K for too much longer.

We are only $101 away from going under the next $1000 mark for total debt, normally I would pay down that extra amount to get under that next $1000, but with all the bills coming in now isn't the best time to throw extra at debt.
