Normally I would put another $10 in to get to the next $1000 mark, but I have several FB sales to log, and those will get me over that hump!

    Will you be updating the sidebar soon? Are you still planning to undertake significant improvements/updates for your house as mentioned some time ago? Is the tenant working out ok?
