Biggest Loser Week 4 Weigh In

Pounds Lost this week = +.4
Total pounds lost = 5.6
% weight loss = 3.06%
Place = 1st out of 7 people

I went up a tiny bit. I am disappointed because I worked my butt off this week at the gym. I mean.....CRAZY working out. Accidentally sweated on a lot of people at the gym.....sick but true....lol. Hopefully the work will show up next week. I am still in first place, but only by a little bit. Gonna stay away from the Halloween candy and run, run, run again. Hopefully my coworkers will be sneaking candy from their kids. Smile

    Homebody is right, muscles weigh more than fat! The biggest test is how your clothes fit and whether it leads to a loss in total body fat. (Yeah, that might not win a contest, but it will offer you some insurance of a stronger body!) Good luck to you...
