2012 Biggest Loser - Week 4 Weighin

February 1st, 2012 at 04:04 am

Week Four
Pounds Lost this week = -.2
Total pounds lost = 3.8
% weight loss = 2.16%
Place = 2nd out of 4 people

Shoot, shoot, shoot! Monday morning I was down 4 (YES 4!) more lbs then this weigh in Tuesday morning....but Monday night I went out with a friend and had salad, bread, pasta, cheesecake and too many beers to count....DUMB. Frown Sigh....
At least I was still down a little, but I was so excited Monday morning and then Tuesday morning I was bummed.....gotta get back to the gym...all weekend off from Bingo, so gotta have a sweating marathon Saturday and Sunday.

  1. Jerry Says:

    Considering the binge so close to the weigh-in, you did well to keep a negative number on there. Don't worry, you can make it up this following week and it will lead to even more satisfaction because you overcame a hiccup. There is no insurance that anyone will stick with it 100%, it's just making consistent progress that leads to the goal. Hang in there!
