I had 2, $5.00 EB that expired this weekend, so I hit up CVS while I was in town for some more Christmas festivities with my family. I was worried that I would have to use them on items that I didn't want/need, or on full price items, but I was very happy I found some deals!

First I noticed they had a lot of Christmas items at 75% off. I really didn't need any Christmas stuff (and a lot of the items left at this point are kind of junky), but I did find 3 evergreen pillar candles. I actually have 3 decorative candle holders in my Christmas decorations that I didn't put out this year because the previous candles I had had melted and become misshapen. So this was a great surprise! I also found a box of Christmas ornament hooks at 75% off, and I wasn't able to put all of my ornaments up this year since some were missing hooks so I grabbed those too. Those were the only Christmas items that I wanted, so then I tried to look for items to resell, but everything was already pretty cleaned out (mostly from my Mom a few days ago..lol) and they were already filling up the empty space with Valentines items. But then I noticed a display of Burt's Bees Lip Balm, it was normal price, but I noticed there were a few seasonal flavors hanging with the normal flavors. They weren't any signs that they were marked down, but when I scanned them they came up 75% off! After that I just needed a few more dollars to use the rest of my EB. I found a good sale on Fiber One bars which are nice to have at my desk for a quick healthy snack so I grabbed a box of those too. The small amount I had to pay OOP (just $1.52) I used a CVS GC for, so I didn't have to pay anything! Total savings before the GC was $39.37!!

I recently bought a LOT of make-up, which generated several FREE $5 Beauty Club EBs. There hasn't been much in the add that I wanted so I was excited to find these clearance deals!
