When I was pregnant last year with the twins my MIL sent me $100 to buy maternity clothes. I ordered a bunch of clothes from Kohls online and unfortunately they were delivered to our house while I was inpatient for my preterm labor. So when we got home the bag didn't even get opened, just thrown into the babies room and the door closed.

We have been trying to get some of their mementos and things organized and I finally made myself open the bag of maternity clothes. There were a few baby items in there and I added them to my for sale items and also found a pair of Womens Gloria Vanderbilt black jeans in the package....this is not my style at all and I could not figure out why I would have ordered them??? I looked through the receipt and there was no charge for them on the receipt! Evidently they were added to my package in error. I posted them the same day on FB and sold them already for $20.00!

The twins 1st birthday is this week so MO and I are just trying to survive. It's been awful leading up and we are both totally mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted.

I took the day off of work, and the day after as well to give myself a long weekend. I wasn't sure if I should as I will probably need distractions that day, but I think I have plenty of house work and FB Sales stuff to work on to keep me busy. Plus this way if I just want to go take a nap or just go sit and cry I can.

I just miss my babies so much.

We had hail damage to the roof on Rental #2. Our home insurance covered it and sent us a check for $6994.45. We put it into savings, but since it is being held by the bank until we actually work on the roof, I am not adding it to the savings totals yet. We won't even think about doing the roof until next spring as we live in the Midwest and it is already cold and snowy.

I won football picks last week and won $60! MO won this week, but we haven't gotten his check yet, so I will add his once we get the check.

While the blogs were down we had a really fun vacation to MN. We went to 2 MN Twins games, and also went to 3 casinos! MO had great luck and had two handpays so we came home way ahead. I planned on putting some of the money in savings, but it looks like it's going to be going to a bunch of bills instead, which in the long run is keeping us from taking money out of savings, so that is good. We had a $700 vet bill, 4 new tires on the old truck, poured a cement patio at one of our rentals and paid a bunch of medical bills. Thankful we have the funds to cover all of these expenses. We also caught up the 52 Week Challenge Bin.

Well my Malibu finally died. It was a 2002 so it's definitely had a long life! I got it in 2008 for $4000 and it made it to 230,383 miles and over 11 years!!



We don't have anywhere to scrap it close to use, but MO was able to take it to the dump for free.

We took the license plates, CD player and battery. We were able to move the battery into MO's old 1997 Cavalier and we will now drive that as our commute car until it dies. Our other two vehicles are our old truck and our new truck, and with being an hr away from town we definitely need a car for mileage/fuel costs.
