Hmmmm.....after looking at this seems my priorities are still out of whack and need some work.....my vacation accounts have continued to go up, while my EF has dipped ridiculously low...... Funny how I recognize this problem and still don't try hard enough to correct it..... Frown

    Banker Gurl,

I was going to tell you that maybe you should lay off the other accounts for a little while and beef up your emergency fund, but you beat me to the punch.

It's hard. I actually enjoy funding the Christmas account, baby account, fall fun account, vacation account, but emergency fund account??? It just isn't as exciting to me. Blech. It's a necessary evil though.

Yes, it is hard......of course if there was a real emergency we would spend the vacation money. But I really do like to have it as a seperate account so I don't have to use my "fun" savings for things like tires, deductibles etc.... I am a work in progress!
