Healthy Foods - Check

Went grocery shopping today for lots of healthy foods and snacks to help me start of right! Got grapes, apples, bananas, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, baby carrots, yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk, orange juice, crystal light, chicken breast to grill and halibut filet. Hoping that with all this yummy fresh and healthy food around I won't crave the naughty stuff so much.

    my tip is to occupy yourself so that you do not even begin to think about the naughty stuff. i also drink a lot of tea - when i think about eating something not so good, i make myself a cup of tea instead Smile

    Like the tea idea, I m doing some flavored (chocolate) coffee for my afternoon/need something in the eve treat.

    I am also trying to knock off about 10 lb. Do NOT like the way my clothes have been fitting. I am adding more fruits & veg, limiting plain white carbs and using MUCH more of the whole grain starches.

    The food sounds great, and I am sure that cutting out the soda will lead to some insurance of excellent results much faster. I am a huge fan of peppermint tea, as well, it is really delicious!
