*Pay medical bills as they come and don't take on any new debt for medical
*Still have total savings at/above $5K at the end of the year

*Store Loan (From $978.74 to $0)
*Mom Loan #3 (From $30,012.24 to $23,351.65)
*Rental #1 Mortgage (From $77,500.00 to $75,200.00)
*Rental #2 Mortgage (From $141.000.00 to $138,800.00)
*Our House (From $236,820.33 to $231,573.13)

RETIREMENT
*Continue contributing 8% to 401K
*Research and review allocations of ROTH and make appropriate adjustments

HEALTH
*Be positive and thankful for what I have

OTHER
*Have new roof put on Rental #2
*Plant bigger/better garden at new house
*Get front and back yard under control
*Live a positive life
*Be the best person I can be

Well this made me happy!

Got an email from CVS that said I am in the TOP 1% of savers at CVS! And it listed my savings from sales, coupons, and CRTs! COOL!

So that is my trophy for the day. Smile
