Well my renters in Rental #2 gave their 30 day notice yesterday. That is good news and bad news. It is bad news because it is never fun to have someone move out, have to get the place cleaned up again, and find new renters. Good news is that the renters that were living there were a friend of MO's, and also Mo's brother. Since it was family we were renting the place for less then we could get in the market $1200...so now we can list it for more! I put it up on my FB page last night for $1500 and already have a few bites. Most promising is my 1st cousin and his GF. I also would be fine lowering the rent for them to $1300, still $100 more then we were getting, and someone I trust in my house. They are coming to look at the place tomorrow, hopefully that will work out!
