A little boost up so that feels good! We started on our taxes last night, since we had both of our rentals full all of 2019 and we didn't have nearly as much in repair/improvement expenses as in prior years, we may not get much of a refund. I know that is good because then we aren't giving the IRS an interest free loan all year....but it would be nice to get a big boost to savings right now! We are only about half way done with the taxes, hoping after we enter our medical expenses things will look better on the refund side.
