I am very far behind, trying to get caught up!

$653.66 paid off in the last 2 weeks!!

Renter #1 is behind $500 for May, and owes all $850.00 for June. MO wants to give her a break and take a loss to help get her caught up. I am all for helping people out, especially in these hard times, but I feel like she is just taking advantage of the situation and not making any effort to pay because she can blame it on the current worldly issues. She is still buying items on FB from other people and me! (SMH!)

We received notice from Rental #2 that they will be moving out in July, which was expected as they were only here for a 1 year internship. So we will need to get that posted for rent again and there was also an issue with the water heater, so that may need to be replaced. The fun never ends when you are a landlord! LOL!
