I never seem to find sales or coupons for Skintimate Shave foam. I've tried to use generics, but they make my skin to dry and rough. I finally got some coupons for .55 off one, so I got as many as I could (found 4 coupons) and I think I did good.
The regular price at Target for one can is $2.44. But you can get the twin pack for $3.99 ($2.00 per can) plus I then used the (4) coupons I had for .55 off. So I got 8 cans for $13.76, only $1.72 per can! Saved $5.76! So now I will be set for a long time...lol.

I am way behind on my Target/Menards/CVS posts since we had those vacations. Trying to get caught up.
Last week I had a coupon from Target for FREE Dozen Eggs...so I redeemed that.
Today I had a coupon for FREE Liter of Pepsi product and also a coupon for $2.00 off a $5.00 purchase of any Up and Up products.
So I got a 2 liter of Mt Dew, a box of 100 sandwich bags, and a box of 40 gallon storage bags, all for $5.50!
They recently remodeled my local Target and now have a lot more produce and groceries. Hopefully they keep sending out these great "FREE" coupons!

Took DH to the mall to get his haircut today. While I was waiting for him to get done I was browsing around Claires and found some great clearance deals.
All of their clearance with a starting price of $10 or less was buy 10 for $10.
So I bought:
5 Pearl/Flower headband - Regular Price $9.50 each
3 Pink Feather Earrings - Regular Price $9.50 each
1 White Father Earrings - Regular Price $8.50 each
1 Black Father Earrings - Regular Price $10.00 each
Total regular price = $94.50
My price = $1.00 each, $10.00 Total

*ETA - Sold 4 headbands (profit $4.00), 2 pink earrings for $2.00 each (profit $2.00) at 9/7/12 rummage sale
I don't think these will be hard to sell especially since they still have their price tags on, but I could always put them in gifts if I couldn't sell them.
I also got a bunch of bellybutton rings on clearance.
2 5pk of Colored Gems - Regular Price $20.00

2 5pk of Roses - Regular Price $16.00 each

*ETA - Sold 1 butterfly pack for $4.00 on FB on 9/27/14
- I had pulled out several packs to give as a present to my SIL, but then she ended up being preggers so no longer a practical gift, so I put them back in the rummage sale now. Just 1 Butterfly pack left to sell and I will have sold everything on this page, other then 3 packs for naval rings that I kept for myself.
*Profit as of 8/23/13 on this page is $24.50!!
*ETA - I have now sold everything on this page and made a profit of $27.50!!!!

Kohls
I got a coupon in the mail for Kohls, $10 off any $10 purchase. Normally when I get these type of coupons I try to find something for around $10 so I don't have to pay much OOP. But as I was shopping I found several good deals, and decided to spend a little on myself since I have been working so hard with all this OT and Bingo hours. CVS
First Purchase
2 pack of Crest 6.2oz Toothpaste
Regular Price $6.29
-$1.00 mfr coupon
-$1.50 EB
-$2.00 EB
Total OOP $2.05 ($1.03 per tube) (CVS giftcard)
Received $2.00 EB
Second Purchase
Pur-Absorb Iron Supplements 28 pack
Regular Price $19.99
-$4.00 Sale Price
-$2.00 EB from last purchase
Total OOP $14.95 (CVS giftcard)
Received $15.99 EB
So I spent $17 on my CVS giftcard today, and I still have a $15.99 EB, so I go both items for total spent of $1.01 if you figure back in the EB.
Then I went to Target because I had a bunch of items that I could get with both a mfr coupon and a Target coupon.
Glad Odor Shield Garbage Bags 84ct
(this will last us YEARS!)
On sale for $13.00
-$1.00 Target coupon
-.75 mfr coupon
OOP $11.25
Venus 4ct Razor Refills
Regular Price $10.99
-$3.00 mfr coupon
OOP $7.99
Garnier Fructis Leave in Conditioning Cream

-$1.00 Target coupon
-$1.00 mfr coupon
OOP .99!!
Tampax Pearl Compak 18pk (2 boxes)
Regular $3.99 per box
-$3.99 (BOGO Free mfr coupon)
-$1.00 Target coupon
-$1.00 mfr coupon
OOP $1.99 for 2 boxes = less then a $1 a box!!
I got to use 3 coupons on one purchase! Whoo hoo!
So at Target I saved $13.53 just by using coupons, and these were all needs. Gonna go add them to my stockpile.
I think I am going to put a cap on a few things in my stockpile unless then are absolutely rock bottom prices. I think toothpaste, tampons, bar soap and shampoo/conditioner are going to be on hold for now, unless I can get them for insanely cheap. It is hard for me to pass up a good deal, but I don't want to be one of those crazy people on TV that keep TP under their kids beds....lol....as long as I can keep it contained to the bathroom cupboard and linen closet storage I should be good!

Target
I needed some new jeans for Bingo so I went and picked up a pair from Target. While we were there DH found some good deals for him on the clearance rack.
Khaki shorts - Regular $19.99 - Clearance $9.98
Dry Fit shirt - Regular $9.99 - Clearance $5.48
Saved $14.52
This was very weird as DH never buys clothes, but he wondered over to the clearance rack while I was in the dressing room. I am glad he did as now he will have shorts for next year that were 50% off!
Grocery Shopping
Went to the grocery store to get a few things and saw that they had Pillsbury cake mix, regular $1.71 a box, on sale for .80 a box. This is what we use for our cupcakes for the rummage sale. So I bought 15 boxes for $12, saving $13.65!! Only have to sell 2 cupcakes to make back the cost of the cake mix. This is also a great way to stock up for making cupcakes for DH's students, or if I bring a cake to work.

1st Purchase
ThermaCare Heat Patch $3.79
Total OOP $3.79
Received $3.79 EB (FREE!)
2nd Purchase
Re-nu Contact Solution
Regular Price $9.99
-$1.00 Sale Price
-$2.00 mfr coupon
-$3.79 EB from last purchase
Total OOP $3.20
Received $7.00 EB
So I got both items for $6.99 OOP, and I still have a $7.00 EB, so I actually made .01 by purchasing these items in this way! Whoo hoo! Hope I can keep finding deals where CVS pays me to take their merchandise home.
I will use the contact solution, but not the Therma Care Heat Patch. My Dad uses those, so I just gave it to him since it was free other then tax.

I seperated my order in to 2 seperate purchases at the cash register.
First I had a coupon to get a $5 giftcard for purchasing 2 products off of a list (tp, papertowels, or diapers), so I got 2 packs of Charmin TP and received a $5 giftcard. Plus I also had a .25 off TP that I used on the same purchase.
Then for my second order, I used my other coupons:
$1 off Herbal Essences product
$1.50 off Target Brand Laundry Detergent
.75 off Target Brand Tampons
Buy one get one Free Tampax ($3.99 FREE)
Plus $1.00 off 2 boxes of Tampax (So for 2 boxes it should have been $7.98 total, but after BOGO and $1 off coupon = $2.99 total)
Then on top of that I used my $5 giftcard that I just got for purchasing the TP in the first transation.
Total saved from coupons and free giftcard = $13.49!!
My stockpile closet is starting to get really full as I always like to use coupons for items that we will always need, and that won't exprire. Such as TP, papertowels, razors, tampons, shaving foam, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent etc. That way I don't get stuck in a situation where we are out of one of those items and have to pay full price for it. But I need to organize my stockpile to see what I have in there now and what we can wait on purchasing for awhile.

Normally I don't like to shop at Kmart because it always takes 10 years to check out there. But I had some good coupons that were Kmart specific. And it took 10 years to check out again.....oh well, got some good deals.
$1 off Skintimate Shave foam
- Normally $3.13, on sale for $1.99. I noticed that the 10oz can was the same price as the 7oz can. So I got the larger can for
$1.99
- $1.00 coupon
= .99
$1 off Kmart brand tampons
- I have never seen coupons for generic brand tampons. I only ever see coupons for the brand names like Tampax or Kotex, and even with coupons they usually cost more then the generics. So the generic box was:
$4.99 (comparable brand name was $7.49)
- $1.00 coupon
= $3.99 for 40ct box
Buy One Get One Free 12 oz bottle Herbal Essences
PLUS $3.00 off 2 bottles Herbal Essences
-I had 2 seperate coupons, 1 Kmart coupon and 1 mfr coupon
$7.98 ($3.99 each)Regular Price
-$3.99 BOGO coupon
-$3.00 coupon
= .99 for 2 bottles (.48 each!)
Total spent was $6.51 and total saved was $7.19! Pretty happy to have saved more then I spend when I only spent $6.51 total!

Went to JCP since the bras I like are on sale for 50% off. We also needed new pillows, DH's neck has been bugging him, so I have been waiting for a good sale on pillows. There was an extra 20% for paying with a JCP card, I haven't had one since I worked there about 8 years ago, so I applied for a new one and was approved with a $2000 limit. Shopping spree time! LOL, J/K!
$35.00 bra, on sale for $16.99, minus $3.40 for using JCP card = $13.59
$35.00 bra, on sale for $16.99, minus $3.40 for using JCP card = $13.59
$35.00 bra, on sale for $16.99, minus $3.40 for using JCP card = $13.59
$19.99 2 Pack Pillows, on sale for $8.99, minus .90 for using JCP card = $8.09
Total Spent = $51.79
Total Saved = $76.13
I also went to Target to get deoderant for DH. While I was there I found a deal on Playtex Tampons. When you bought 2 boxes you got a $5 giftcard for Target. So when I checked out I did 2 seperate transactions. Bought the Playtex and got my $5 giftcard in the first transaction, then got DH 4 deoderants and a bottle of pop on the second transaction and used the $5 giftcard right away.

So while we were waiting around at CVS for DH's meds we found some good deals. Valentines Candy was 75% off!
$.97 Kleenex - Saved $1.02
$.97 Kleenex - Saved $1.02
$1.25 Big Heart Strawberry Chocolates - Saved $3.74
$1.25 Big Heart of Mini Candy Bars - Saved $3.74
$1.25 Big Heart of Mini Candy Bars - Saved $3.74
$.75 Mini Heart Box of Chocolates - Saved $2.24
Total Spent $6.83!
Total Saved was $15.50!
Now the chocolates we definitely not needs......but 75% off of Valentines Candy is a great deal. All of the candy was for DH except the Strawberry Cream Chocolates were for me (just had one and it was AH-Mazing!). DH will freeze the rest and eat them for the next month or two. Of couse we were out of Kleenex again since I was sick for so long, but am feeling lots better, so these should last for more then a week this time.
I also signed up for their "extra care rewards" card. So starting in April I should get 2% back from any purchases made in Jan - March 2011. I don't shop at CVS very often, usually only when we are getting an RX, but every little bit of savings helps!

I mentioned that our Christmas tree fell over and the stand broke. So had to get new tree. Figured it was best to look now at the after Christmas sales rather then wait till next Christmas season. Found a $465 tree (WHAT! Who would pay that much for a tree??) at JCP on sale 75% off, plus I had a $10 off coupon. So got it for $110. Saved $355!! WOW! I think the tree was way to expensive to start with, but am happy with the deal I got. Hopefully I will never have to buy another tree for the rest of my life.
